Complaints

If at any time you wish to make a complaint in relation to our services to you, please contact the Compliance Officer at complaints@ netwealth.com and we will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly. Information regarding our complaints handling procedures is available on request.

If your complaint remains unresolved 8 weeks from the date you made the complaint or if we fail to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, who you can write to at Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR or email at: complaint.info@financialombudsman.org.uk.
